Abstract

Abstraksi Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi Jawa Timur). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data berbentuk angka. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 160 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode conveneince sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah (1) uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), (2) Uji Asumsi Klasik (normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas) dan (3) Uji Hipotesis (analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan R2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji t menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi Jawa Timur. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi Jawa Timur. (3) Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi Jawa Timur. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Abstrack The purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Stress on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi, East Java). This research method uses a quantitative approach that uses numerical data. The population of this study was 160 employees. The samples used in this study were 32 employees with a sampling technique conveneince sampling method. Data analysis techniques using are (1) instrument test (validity and reliability test), (2) Classical Assumption Test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and (3) Hypothesis Test (multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2) . The results showed that the t test showed that (1) the Work Environment had a significant effect on the Performance of PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi East Java's Employees. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi East Java. (3) Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of PT.CANDILOKA Ngawi East Java's employees. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Stress and Employee Performance
