Abstract

This research aimed to find out about the effects of compensation, job flexibility and job satisfaction towards performance of Gojek driver in Surakarta area. The research was quantitative research with Gojek drivers in Surakarta as population. Sample of research were 100 Gojek drivers who works in Surakarta area. The data of evaluation test result were analyzed with instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linier regression, hypothesis test (t-test), F-test and determination test. According to the statistic analysis using SPSS program, it showed that there were significant effect of the compensation and job satisfaction toward drivers’ performance, but there was no effect of the job flexibility toward driver’performance. Still, together, all three variable have positive effect toward drivers’ performance.
