Anemia also caused by malnutrition which has role as absorber of Vitamin C Objective: The aim of the research is to find the differences in Vitamin C, B9, and B12 intake between anemia and non anemia girls. Research Methodology: This study applied a cross sectional design. The subject involved in this research were 39 anemia and non-anemia girls. Data on hemoglobin levels were obtained by the cyanmethemoglobin method by using one last month intake data of vitamin C, B9 and B12 using semi-quantitative FFQ. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to find the normal data distribution. Independent T Test statistic research was used to differences in Vitamin C, and B9 intake between anemia and non anemia female teenagers. While Mann-Whitney Test.was applied to test the hypothesis on the differences in Vitamin B12 intake between anemia and non-anemia girls. Result: The results of this study showed the anemic groups were 39 respondents (48.3%) and non-anemia groups of 41 respondents (51.3%). There was a difference in vitamin C intake is (p = 0.002). There was a difference in vitamin B9 intake is (p = 0.001). There was a difference in vitamin B12 intake is (p = 0.033). Conclusion and suggestions: There are differences in the intake of vitamin C, B9 and B12 between anemia and non-anemia girls in the study area.
