Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of satisfaction and motivation factors on improving the performance of Surakarta Visual Eyes employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach that uses numerical data. By using Survey method. Direct primary data collection survey method, in which the main data from population samples are collected by field questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using are (1) instrument test (validity and reliability test), (2) Classical Assumption Test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and (3) Hypothesis Test (multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2) . The results showed that the t test (1) job satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) job satisfaction and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
