Abstract

The Implementation of Jasa Raharja's Responsibility in Terms of Public Implementation, CSR Implementation and Providing Compensation Funds. Descriptive qualitative critical research. The data used are primary data obtained directly from interviews at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Main Branch of Central Java. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that in implementing the responsibilities of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java in carrying out public services has been carried out well based on Law No. 33 of the Mandatory Accident Funds for Passenger Accidents and Law No. 34 of the Road Traffic Accident Fund in 1964 The implementation of the Partnership and Community Development CSR Program has been well realized in accordance with the budget which has been specified. Distribution of compensation funds given to victims of accidents based on the following regulations is a fixed target, right Guarantee. While the distribution of compensation for death victims is provided based on inheritance law in force in Indonesia.
