Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, other legitimate local revenue on regional expenditure and budget financing surplus to the allocation of capital expenditure The population and sample of this study were 35 district and municipal governments in Central Java. With the sampling period from 2012 to 2016. The sample collection technique has been done by saturation sampling. The results show that local revenue and special allocation funds have influence to the allocation of capital expenditure, while general allocation funds, other legitimate local revenue on regional expenditure and budget financing surplus does not have any have influence to the allocation of capital expenditure.
