Abstract

In Islam there is a type of transaction that is not permitted so that we can take advantage and Ridha Allah in conducting such economic activities. These transactions include buying and selling, lending, and Ijarah (rent). During this time Muslims are coveted financial services institutions that help the community in fulfilling its needs by using Sharia principles. Sharia financial institution (BMT Tumang Branch of Delanggu) is a financial institution that issued Sharia financial products and which received operational permits as a Sharia financial institution. BMT Tumang Branch of Delanggu is one of the sharia financial institutions that uses multi-service financing products. This research aims to 1) to know the implementation of Akad Ijarah Multijasa and 2) to know the legal protection of the parties involved in the Ijarah multiservice contract at BMT Tumang Delanggu Branch. The results showed that 1) was reviewed in terms of its technical implementation with the conformity of Islamic law, Akad Ija'rah applied in Multiservice financing in BMT Tumang branch Delanggu for multi-service financing less in accordance with Islamic law, 2) BMT Tumang Branch Delanggu has not given the form of legal protection both seen from the basic aspects of contract freedom and the principle of justice, and 3) in the Agreement or scheme for the financing of the multiservice, the officials of the contract, Sigat al-Aqd made In writing in the form of a draft contract, which contains articles that explain all rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by BMT Tumang branch Delanggu and by members who are ultimately signed by the parties namely BMT Tumang Branch of Delanggu with members and witnesses held in one assembly in the office of BMT Tumang Branch Delanggu. But in terms of conformity of the type of contract with the implementation of the field there are discrepancies.
