Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze brand experience has an effect on the satisfaction of consumers of automatic motorcycles. To analyze brand experience has an effect on comsumer confidence in automatic motorcycles. To analyze satisfaction effect on consumer loyalty automatic motorcycle. To analyze trust has an effect on consumer loyalty in automatic motorcycles. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in Surakarta who used automatic motorcycle. While a smple of 150 student respondents spread across the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta Faculty of Economics and Business who are consumers of automatic motorcycles. While the sampling technique uses random sampling. Based on the results of this study prove that brand experience variables significantly influence satisfaction. Brand experience variable has a significant effect on trust. Variable satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. The trust variabel has a significant effect on loyalty.
