Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure, firm size, liquidity and profability on firm value disclousure on companies listed manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. This type of research in quantitative research. The sample in this research is 79 companies. The data used is secondary data taken by purposive sampling sampling. The analysis used is the research is multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that capital structure and firm size significantly influence on firm value, while liquidity and profitability have no significant effect on firm value.
