Abstract

This study aim to determine differences in corporate financial performance between before dan after mergers and acquisitions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The companys financial performance is measured using liquidity ratios ((Current Ratio and Quick Ratio ), solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), activities (Total Asset Turnover), profitability (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Gross Profit Margin) and the market (Earning Per Share). The sampels consisting of 32 companies is determined by purposive sampling technique. This study uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were no differences between before and after mergers and acquisitions on the companys financial performance.
