Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of company size, leverage, profitability, on Profit Management with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in companies listed on JII in 2015-2018. This type of research is qualitative research. The sample in this study were 44 companies. The data used are secondary taken by purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size, leverage, profitability had an effect on Profit Management and Institutional Ownership had no effect on the relationship of company size, leverage, profitability with Profit Management
