Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, are employees of SDIT Az-Zahra Sragen totaling 42 employees. Sampling was done by using Non-Probability Sampling method and sampling technique by using Purposive Sampling. The analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. Results from this study showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially or simultaneously significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.723, these results provide an understanding that the dependent variable is the performance of employees can be explained by emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with a value of 72.3%.
