Abstract

This study is entitled "The Mechanism of Financing the Sale and Purchase of Motorbikes in BMT Amanah Ummah In Review of Islamic Law". In it discussed the mechanism of financing the sale and purchase of motorcycles in the Amanah Ummah BMT that uses murabahah contracts, financing of buying and selling motorbikes with murabahah contracts is the sale and purchase of goods that are especially useful for motorbikes where the seller notifies the price and profit at the beginning without coercion with the buying. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the mechanism of financing the sale and purchase of motorcycles in the BMT Amanah Ummah and whether it is in accordance with Islamic law or contradictory. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of Islamic law on the mechanism of financing the sale and purchase of motorcycles in the BMT Amanah Ummah and to determine the mechanism for financing the sale and purchase of motorcycles in the BMT Amanah Ummah. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the theoretical foundation as a guide for research and data sources used primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques by means of documentation, and also interviews are a way to obtain information by asking directly to the concerned. Analysis of the data used descriptively by using the deductive method, which is the mindset that starts with general principles and is then applied to specific information after categorization. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism of financing the sale and purchase of motorbikes in BMT Amanah Ummah is in accordance with Islamic law, because the goods traded by BMT Amanah Ummah useful goods are motorbikes and are not forbidden by Islamic law, motorbikes are vehicles that are driven by machines and the most important means for middle to lower classes to access various opportunities that can improve their lives.
