Abstract

This type of research includes field research using descriptive qualitative methods. This research aimed to find out, analysing uccess strategies that carried out in the prevention of problematic financing in Murabahah financing at BMT Amanah Ummah branch Sukorharjo and to determine the suitability of Murabahah financing agreement viewed from the Fatwa perspective DSN-MUI No.04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. In this research, the researcher directly examined and conducted an interview with the staff of BMT Amanah Ummah branch Sukoharjo regarding the strategies for preventing problematic financing in Murabahah financing in the BMT Amanah Ummah branch Sukoharjo. Based on research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Success Strategies undertaken in Preventing Problem Funding in Murabahah Financing at BMT Amanah Ummah branch Sukoharjo namely by means of a method or strategy applied in the Amanah Ummah BMT Sukoharjo branch, BMT did not encounter a problem financing in financing, although the regulations in the submission are quite strict, but in the course of time from year to year BMT does not experience problems Troubled financing or experiencing congestion in installments by its members because the members are always on time in payment. And the Murabahah financing agreement at BMT Amanah Ummah branch Sukoharjo is in accordance with the perspective of DSN-MUI Fatwa No.04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 on Murabahah, because it does not conflict with the pillars and conditions of the Murabahah. And the contract does not harm both parties and is done based on mutual liking and in financing the Murabahah, the transaction is conducted according to the syara procedure.
