Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect quality of human resource, transparency, aan utilization of technology towards the accounting of the financial management of the village. This study was conducted at the village of goverment at 3 capitals in Sukoharjo district. The population of reseach is the establishment of the village of goverment which occupied the head of the village, secretary of the village, head of the village finance, and the village chief advisor in at the 3 capitals in Sukoharjo district. The sampling technique are used in this research is convenience sampling, the population in this reseach is 102 respondents of the village aparaturs. The data analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model using SPSS test tool version of 16. Research result suggest that a variety of human resource, tranparency, and utilization of technology reactors were influential to accountability of financial management of the village of Sukoharjo district.
