Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of compensation, work discipline, leadership, communication, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the Boyolali tax office. This study uses Boyolali tax office population. Based on the quota sampling method, researchers will take as many as 50 random samples. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 2.4 program. The results showed that compensation, work discipline, and work environment influence employee performance. While leadership, communication, and motivation do not affect employee performance.
