Abstract
This study aims to determine the form and content of a credit agreement with guaranteed mortgage rights at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Gemolong, Sragen, to know the legal responsibilities of the parties in a credit agreement with guaranteed mortgage rights, as well as to find out the problems and solutions that arise in credit agreements with guaranteed rights dependents. This research is descriptive in nature, with the aim of providing complete data on the form and contents of the agreement as well as steps to provide a credit agreement with guaranteed mortgage rights. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the chairman of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch of Gemolong, Sragen. Whereas with secondary data obtained from archives, documents, literature, and legislation that are intended to complement primary data. Based on the results of research and discussion produces conclusions. First, the form and contents of the credit agreement with guaranteed mortgage rights at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch of Gemolong, Sragen and steps to provide a credit agreement with the process must be made Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights before the PPAT then registered with BPN to produce a Certificate of Mortgage. Second, the legal responsibility of the parties with guaranteed Mortgage. Third, promblematik as well as the settlement efforts that arise in the loan agreement with guaranteed Mortgage.
