Abstract

The conditions governing the rent agreement are found in chapter 1548 of the civil law book naming the rent as an agreement by which one party attached himself to give to the other party the pleasure of something, for a certain time and ata price of something, which the party later had been able to pay. As chapter 1570 of the cuhperdata; "if the lease was made in writing, then the rent came to an end with the law, when the due time was past, without something stopping for it." This means that the lease agreement for the car was a written agreement. The consequences of the lease agreement rent the consumer with the trac astra rent car kartasurainflicts the rights and obligations of each party, both the tenant and the leasing party to be implemented. Article 1550 of the civil affairs sets out regarding the obligation of the tenant: a) handing over the rented item to the tenant; b) to maintain the rented item so that it may be used for purposes intended; c) gives the tenant more solace than the rent in the lease.
