Abstract

Law No. 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation Regulations is the basis for the expansion of kelurahan in Surakarta city. very large population. The discourse of the expansion of the Semanggi and Kadipiro Village areas emerged from the aspirations of the community since 2005 through the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangkel). The effectiveness of the expansion of the Kadipiro village is as follows; First is the certainty of the time given, especially the services of National Identity Cards, Family Cards, and Birth Certificates felt by the community to be good. . The certainty of time is also felt by the community to be correct and there is no extension of time to complete the service for the certificate of residence; the second is security, the kelurahan government in providing security for public services is felt by the community to be good; the third is the comfort of the kelurahan government in providing public services to the community in providing a good sense of comfort.
