Abstract

Abstract Sintang City is a growing city, as there is change in land function and regional economic growth as well as land needs for business or settling so that it needs better management of the city, one of which is the mapping of land prices Very necessary, this is because the increase in land prices is very fast. Land price mapping uses parameters that can be extracted with remote sensing data: positive land accessibility, land use, negative land accessibility, and the completeness of public facilities. Therefore, researchers have the idea of conducting research on land prices. The purpose of research is a) to determine the relative land price spread at the price of the normative land in Sintang City, b) analyzing the suitability of the relative land price with spatial price of normative land in Sintang city. The method used in the form of quantitative level is weighted to know the distribution of the price of Sintang City and field survey for land use object and also overlay method to know the suitability of land price. The price distribution of Sintang city land has three low grades of 31.73 km², being 10.78 km², and an area of 2.49 km². Kapuas Kanan North, and also part of Tanjung Puri has high class because it has good land price factor, in medium class such as Ana River and plantation area with quite good accessibility and good land use such as Shops and offices make it into a moderate class, for the area of Kapuas Kiri Hulu with low grade due to land use factors and less accessibility in land prices. The result of this land price conformity mapping is divided into two classes, namely land price suitability class according to 34.45 km² or 77%, because it is dominated by low land class, the factor because the price of land in Sintang city on not have enough difference Significant, this occurred in the area of Kapuas Kiri Hulu, Kapuas left downstream, Kapuas Kanan downstream, and Ana River, which is the use of land in the form of vegetation, tegalan, mixed garden that is a lonely area of human activities, especially concerning activities Social and economic. Land conformity class does not correspond to the area of about 23% or an area of 10.56 km², because of the difference in spatial distribution, as for the region with the same distribution spread in Kapuas right downstream areas of the relative class land price data but at Low class because the area is moderate, but its accessibilities are not good, facilities are generally less and far from the city center causing declining land prices.
