Abstract

Infrastructure is a important aspect because it is a form of capital and is used to increase labor productivity as a means of support. Infrastructure is one of indicator of economic growth. But there are still many problems experienced in our country, especially regarding economic inequality, poor quality, and some of them. This study aims to analyze how much influence education, health, roads, labor and capital expenditure has on economic growth in Central Java Province. The condition of economic growth in Central Java Province has decreased. This can be seen from the level of infrastructure and, declining capital expenditure. Data were processed using panel data analysis with fixed effect regression models. The results of this study indicate that education, health, labor and capital expenditure have a significant effect. But the road has no significant effect.
