Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Level of Education, Quality of Training, Use of Information Technology, Internal Control System, and Work Experience of Village Apparatus. The population in this study were all village apparatus working at the village head or kelurahan office in Sukoharjo Regency, with 2 village officials serving as village secretaries and treasurers or financial officers in each village head office and 25 village head offices as field studies, the population in this study is 50 village apparatus in Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique in this study is to use the convinance sampling method, which is gathering information from members of the population who are willing and happy to be willing to fill out questionnaires. The data analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS test tool. The results of this study indicate that the Education Level, Training Quality, Information Technology Utilization, and Work Experience have no effect on Understanding Village Financial Reports, while the Internal Control System influences the Understanding of Village Financial Reports.
