Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, ownership structure, and firm size on financial performance. The study population was all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The method of collecting samples using purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 10 companies. In this study data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test show that the board of directors, managerial ownership, and company size influence financial performance. While the board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, and institutional ownership have no effect on financial performance.
