Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve work motivation and motivation on the performance of employees. The population of this study are employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kanca Slamet Riyadi which was taken 310 employees and the sample was taken as many as 80 respondents. Based on the results of the study, work discipline has an important meaning for performance. Motivation has a significant influence on performance. While the results of the analysis, F test, shared variables, work discipline and motivation on performance.
