Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT PLN Surakarta City. The population in this study were employees of the Accounting and Finance Section of PT PLN Surakarta City. With a saturated sampling technique a sample of 38 employees was obtained. Data collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variables (1) self esteem have an effect on employee performance, (2) self efficacy influences employee performance, (3) organizational culture does not affect employee performance, and (4) work environment does not affect employee performance.
