Abstract
Osteoarthritis is a joint disorder that most often affects patients compared to other types of joints. The aim of the study: aims to determine the family's perception of arthritis disease (Osteoarthritis). Benefits: Can find out whether family perceptions in the Pajang Health Center Work Area are high or moderate. Research method: using a type of quantitative research, with a simple descriptive method to obtain a description of family perceptions of arthritis (osteoarthritis) in the community. Study Samples: were families whose members suffered from osteoarthritis found in the Pajang Health Center Working Area and were selected based on sample criteria. Measurements used to measure family perceptions use 20 questions made by researchers. Results: Statistical analysis was obtained, from 70 respondents there were 34 people (48.5) had high perceptions, and 36 people (51, 5) had moderate perceptions. Conclusion: In the analysis it was concluded that family perceptions in the Working Area of the Pajang Health Center were categorized as being moderate.
