Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Job Training, Compensation and Application of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance. This study was designed survey with employees of the finance department working at Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Djoko Tingkir Sragen. The population in this study were all finance employees of Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Djoko Tingkir Sragen. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique that is, all populations were sampled. The total number of respondents who participated was 38 employees. The data analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS test tool. The results showed that Leadership and Organizational Commitment had an effect on Employee Performance, while Job Training, Compensation and Application of Accounting Information Systems had no effect on Employee Performance.
