Abstract
This study is to describe whether the socialization of the value of social justice through news videos with modification of the Make a Match and Physical Self-Assessment strategy to enhance positive attitudes in youth cadets in Patihan Village, Sidoharjo Subdistrict, Sragen Regency in 2019. This study used an experimental method of pre-experimental type with the design of One Group Pretest and Posttest. This research was conducted in Patihan Village Sidoharjo District Sragen Regency. The population of this research is 40 and the sample is 20. The sampling technique used in this study uses the questionnaire and observation methods. Indicators of the value of social justice used in this study are: (1) Developing noble deeds, which reflect family attitudes and mutual cooperation; (2) Developing a fair attitude towards others; (3) Maintaining a balance between rights and obligations; (4) Likes to carry out activities in the context of realizing social justice. The validity in this study uses the Correlation Product Moment formula from Pearson. Reliability using the Shapiro Wilk test. Analysis of the data used in this study was paired sample t-test. The results showed that t count 10.82482128 was greater than t table 2.086 with a significance level of 0.05. The difference between Pretest and Posttest shows that there is an increase in positive attitudes among youth of Panggar Karang Village, Sidoharjo Subdistrict, Sragen Regency between before (Pretest) and after (Posttest) socialization of social justice values through news videos with modification of Make a Match and Physical Self-Assessment strategies. The average value of Pretest 37.70 increased to 48.25 at Posttest. Based on the two data are then compared so that the difference value is 10.55. Based on these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed by H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an increase in positive attitudes towards the value of social justice through news videos by modifying the Make a Match and Physical Self-Assessment strategy or there is an increase in the pretest and posttest average scores.
