Abstract

Employees feel justice within the organization, if they feel justice in terms of promotion, salary wages, treatment, and employee selection procedure was equitable and fair. So that they will arise a sense of satisfaction and lead to work as closely as possible in completing the job. And employees also may be doing some things that may be beyond his duties commonly called the OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). This study was to determine the effect on the organization justice OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) mediated by job satisfaction in the production employees of PT. Batara Abioso Alba. This research is a modification of the merger of two studies conducted by Rifai (2018) and Farid et al., (2018), Type of this research is quantitative data using the questionnaire in rondom sampling to get answers from responnden associated with variable distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, job satisfaction and OCB. Samples taken in this study were 86 respondents of employees in the production of PT. Batara Abioso Alba. The analysis includes the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, t test, F test, test of determination (R2), regression analysis, and Sobel test (test the mediating effect). The results showed that distributive justice has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Procedural justice has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Interactional justice has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Distributive justice has a significant effect on OCB. Procedural justice has a significant effect on OCB. Interactional justice has a significant effect on OCB. The results also showed that job satisfaction mediates the influence of distributive justice on OCB. Job satisfaction is not mediating effect of procedural justice on OCB. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of interactional justice on OCB.
