Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of leadership style, motivation, Organization culture and compensation towards employee performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Population of this research is all employees that work in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Sampling technique that used in this research is convenience sampling saturated with much 51 employess sampel. Data collection is using questionnaires distribution to employees in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research indicate that leadership style,motivation, organizational culture, and compensation do not have effect toward employee performance. While motivation have significant effect toward employee performance.
