Abstract

This study is intended to determine how far the influence of financial ratios and financing in the high or low profitability ratios. This study aims to analyze the influence of Financing (P), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) on Prima Dinar BMT, BMT Bina Insan Mandiri, BMT Dinar Barokah, BMT Amanah Ummah period 2008-2017. The analysis tool in this study uses panel data regression which is a combination of time series data and cross section. Data collection techniques namely purpose sampling of 4 BMT offices in the Surakarta Residency area and the data used are primary data where researchers conduct direct research in BMT offices. The results showed that the simultaneous financing and Current Ratio variables had a positive and significant effect on ROE. While the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not have a significant effect on ROE.
