Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze product quality and location to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Pasar Klewer Surakarta. The samples taken in the study were 131 respondents, which afterwards analyzed 127 respondents who were eligible. The analytical method used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is explained that both partially and simultaneously the quality of productsand location have a positive influence and significant on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on the results of the analysis it is explained that both partially and simultaneously the quality of products and location have a positive influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
