Abstract

Grubi is one snacks traditionally today its existence start replaced with snacks modern , as one way to keep existence grubi is to make innovation on products and packaging. Redesigning packing grubi was carried out by using the method kansei engineering, measures to do with the redesigning packaging kansei engineering was collect kansei word , test sufficiency data , test the validity of its and reliability, factor analysis, determine items and categories, the analysis conjoint using spss And design products to produce grubi product packaging to suit with consumer advocacy .After that economic analysis was conducted to calculate the cost of goods ( hpp ) production and counting (BEP) uses the break point of the latest grubi by packing .Based on the results obtained packaging grubi specification and discussions with the form of a tube , fuel fired cardboard and colored, look minimalism .As for the hpp grubi by packing new based on the results of is rp .Products and uses to Rp.8.430/ grubi by packing products the latest was in 59 product.
