Abstract

Micro small and medium enterprises Permata’s Convection is home industry working in the area of industry convection that produces uniform batik, scout, and everyday this industry producing ± 58 dozen school uniform. The purpose of this research to understand the perceived, workers, evaluate the posture and design a fix on the station verb having the risk of a musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The evaluation was used the Nordic Body Map (NBM) as levels of complaints ergonomics baseline workers and identification of risk factors ergonomic (BRIEF) Survey as levels of risk ergonomics on each activity work. Obtained that the complaint in category of very sick is on the hip of 58,8% and the left knee of 52,9%. The activity of the risk ergonomics high on Permata’s Convection at cloth cutting pattern, and packaging with 3-4 a risk score. The proposed fixed facilities in the form of desk work upon an activity make pattern fabric and cutting the infinite dimensional long 164 centimeter wide 70 centimenter and 100 centimenter higher and activity packing tbale repair facilities are the first instance 100 centimenter, the second degree 60 centimenter, and the third degree 20 centimenter with persentil 50th.
