Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out what soft skills values are given in the course of entrepreneurship practice; (2) To describe the implementation of the internalization of soft skills in subject learning entrepreneurship practices. This research includes the types of qualitative research carried out in the field. This research was conducted at the Accounting Education Study Program FKIP UMS. Sources of data obtained from primary data from the results of interviews with speakers: Lecturers of Entrepreneurship and student practice. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis by consisting of data collection, data reduction, verification, and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) Soft skills values developed for Accounting Education students FKIP UMS as prospective teachers consisted of personality, forward thinking, self-development, adaptation, cooperation, communication, leadership, and problem solving; (2) The model of planting the values of soft skills in Accounting Education FKIP UMS is Hidden Curriculum, ie lessons from the hidden curriculum are delivered in the form of a subject but always delivered as an additional message in each teaching and learning activity. The steps to plant soft skills in entrepreneurship practice courses are: First, the preparation stage carried out in the context of implementing entrepreneurship practices is focused on: the number of students taking entrepreneurship practice courses, lecturers, curriculum and syllabus referred to, then preparing lesson plans. Second, the implementation phase is carried out by surveying a business unit, conducting business feasibility studies, and making business proposals. Third, the assessment stage. is an activity to determine the level of suitability of soft skills education plans in entrepreneurial practice with results in the field.
