Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price on customer satisfaction of Superindo Adisucipto Solo. To analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Superindo Adisucipto Solo. To analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Superindo Adisucipto Solo. The population of this study is customers of Superindo Adisucipto Solo. In this study using a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. Samples in this study were 75 respondents. Based on the result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant price effect on customer satisfaction, so the first hypothesis states that price have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction proven truth. There is a positive and significant effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, so the second hypothesis states that product quality have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction is proven to be true. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, so the second hypothesis states that service quality have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction is proven to be true. There is positive and significant joint influence on price, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction.
