Abstract

Abstract Plywood is a composite product made from sheets of veneer glued together using glue. The process of making plywood in the traditional way can cause injury to the worker. UKM Cipta Mandiri is one of the UKM plywood which produces a product called Barecore. Research conducted using the Baseline Risk Factor Identification Ergonomic (BRIEF) survey and PLIBEL checklist to determine the level of risk that caused barecore creation activities. Based on the calculation method contained BRIEF survey identified three work station has a high level of risk and based on the results of the questionnaire conducted PLIBEL deployment checklist to determine complaints from workers at all three work stations with high risk.
