Abstract

The condition of economic growth in Indonesia significantly decreased. This can be seen from the level of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) which decreased. This study aims to analyze economic growth in Indonesia which can be influenced by the money supply, interest rates, government spending, and tax revenue. The method of the research used is ECM (Error Correction Model) with time-series data for 1988-2017. The research results showed that Interest Rates, Government Spendings, and Tax Revenues have a significant effect. However, the Money Supply has no significant effect.
