Abstract

One of the benefits of installing billboards for the public is to persuade or encourage prospective customers to become interested in using the products or services offered. In this study, reviewing the legal construction of the advertisement agreement on billboards and the problems that occur in the agreement. The type of research used is descriptive with normative juridical research method. The data used are secondary data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials. Data collection is done through library research, observation and interviews as supporting data. The results of the research that the authors conclude are that the lease agreement between Distrindo Jaya Ad-Works and the Karanganyar Regency Government is in the form of a Decree of the Karanganyar Regency One-Stop Capital Security and Integrated Services Office concerning the Granting of License for Installation of Advertising. Because the lease agreement is in the form of a decree, the tenant pays the rental fee in the form of advertisement tax to the Regional Government.
