Abstract

Angkin Zwesti Ambika Damayanti / A520150039, Handling of Children with Autism through Occupational Therapy in the Saymara Kartasura Incluation PAUD 2018/2019. Thesis, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. August 2019 This study aims to deal with autism children through occupational therapy. The subjects in the study are the children with the initial F with Special Needs for Autism who sit in group A Extraordinary program. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive form of case studies namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The procedure in the study consisted of several stages, namely the pre-field stage, the stage of the field worker, and the post-field stage. Data obtained using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the fine motor abilities of children with autism can be handled through occupational therapy.
