Abstract
Colomadu District is one of the sub-districts in Karanganyar Regency that has a good organizational culture. Organizational culture formed through customary habits that exist in the Colomadu District Office in Karanganyar Regency has a positive influence. Establish a comfortable and conducive work environment. A strong organizational culture will have a good impact on employees' understanding of their tasks, shape the behavior and workings of employees in serving the community. Therefore it needs to be considered both the effects of organizational culture both internally and externally, for the continuity of the organization and the achievement of the goals of the organization. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply organizational culture in the Colomadu District Office in Karanganyar Regency in community service. The purpose of this study was to describe the organizational culture in the Colomadu District Office in community service with a qualitative descriptive research method with the object of the Colomadu District Office in Karanganyar Regency. The researcher chose informants from the Camat and the sub-district office staff. Data collection techniques use observation and in-depth interviews with resource persons to obtain complete information needed by researchers in conducting research. The results obtained from this study indicate that organizational culture shapes the quality of work and employee behavior that has an influence on improving community service.
