Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of critical thinking skills on the creativity of learning. (2). The effect of learning environment on the creativity of learning. (3) The effect of ctitical thinking skills and learning environment on the creativity of learning in accounting student of FKIP UMS batch 2016. This type of research is quantitative associative. This research is experimental by using a type of survey design. The population in this study was the 2016 Accounting Education students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who based on the data obtained amounted to 333 rounded. The sample was 172 student. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Before the questionnaire was distributed, an instrument test was conducted to determine whether it was valid or not and reliable or not by using a validity and reliability test. Prerequisite Test Analysis uses the normality test and linearity test. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R ², effective contributions and relative contributions Based on the result of data The technique used to analyze data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis multiple linear regression equation shows Y= 13,05 + 0,537 X_1 + 0,186 X_2. The equation shows that learning creativity is influenced by the ability to think critically and the learning environment. The conclusions drawn are: 1). The ability to think critically influences learning creativity. It is based on multiple regression analysis (t test) it is known that t_count > t_table, that is t_count = 7.908 > t_table = 2.605 with a relative contribution with a relative contribution of 79.5% and an effective contribution of 34.46%. 2) the learning environment influences learning creativity. It is based on multiple regression analysis (t test) it is known that t_count > t_table , that ist_count = 2.702 >〖 t〗_table = 2.605 with a relative contribution of 20.5% and an effective contribution of 8.74%. 3) critical thinking skills and learning environment influence learning creativity. This is based on the analysis of multiple linear regression variants (F test) it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable is 64.47 > 3.90. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables
