Abstract

This study aims to analyze the "Effect of Print Media Ads and Onine Media Ads on the Interest in Choosing Muhammadiyah University Surakarta" The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive type, namely the technique of collecting samples based on certain considerations on respondents who are students or prospective Muhammadiyah University students in Surakarta. Based on the method and sampling technique obtained as many as 100 respondents who fit the criteria. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, accuracy test of estimator parameters (t test), accuracy test model (F test) and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that online media advertising had a positive effect while print media advertising had no positive effect on the interest in choosing Surakarta Muhammadiyah University.
