Abstract
In doing a job, a worker must first make an agreement with the employer about what rights and obligations the worker has and also become the rights and obligations of the employer to avoid the occurrence of abuse, with the existence of this agreement at least the rights It is entitled to be protected by workers by this work agreement, but sometimes not a few workers are forced to agree to the contents of the work agreement which is actually contrary to his will and selfharm the worker is forced to do the work because they have no job and only with this work did they think they could survive to meet the daily needs of their daily lives. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method, with a doctrinal approach. This research examines how the employment agreement between prospective workers and PT. Java Textile Garmindo. The results of the study stated that the Legal Subject was in accordance with article 1 paragraph 4 of Act number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, the Object of Law was in accordance with article 1 paragraph 30 and article 1 point 3 of Act number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, Rights and Obligations the parties are in accordance with Article 77 paragraph 1, Article 79 paragraph 1, Article 80, Article 86 paragraph 1, Article 88 paragraph 1, Article 91 paragraph 1 of Act number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor, Default has been in accordance with Article 95 paragraph 2 , Article 95 (3) Law number 13 of 2003.
