Abstract

Every community must have needs, especially in the needs in the health sector. Therefore, the problem can be overcome by the presence of BPJS Health as a health care provider in collaboration with all health facilities, one of which is a clinic. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of work relations between the BPJS Health and Dr.Maria clinic, to know the payment procedures from BPJS Health to the Dr.Maria Clinic, and the efforts of Dr.Maria Clinic to overcome the payment constraints of BPJS Health. This research is a descriptive research and empirical juridical approach method. This research was conducted at the Surakarta Branch Health BPJS and Dr.Maria Clinic. The results of the study show that the cooperation agreement between BPJS Kesehatan and Dr.Maria Clinic is a manifestation of the opening of the treaty law. Some of the efforts of Dr.Maria Clinic to overcome the payment constraints of BPJS Health are: (1) filing an objection to PKFI; (2) must be able to serve well.
