Abstract

Car rental agreement by trans temple purwodadi on terms stipulated by rental owners under article 1320 of the law stipulated that there were 4 (four) legal terms of making a treaty, among others; a) agreed or called agreement, signifying that the two subjects holding it should agree or agree on the substance of the agreement, in this case being the parties of rental owners and tenants; b) the subject of a covenant to be competent according to the law, by nature, every person who is otherwise mature and sound in his mind is competent according to the law; c) the third legal requirement of the covenant enunciates a covenant as to what is promised, as well as the right and obligations of both parties. Rights and liabilities in the trans purwodadi temple rental agreement include rent costs that have to be paid for 6 months, treatments, redress for failure to perform; d) the fourth stipulation of a covenant is an honest cause. For this reason it is intended that nothing but the content or substance of a covenant should ever be contrary to the laws, decency, and general order.
