Abstract

Risks due to sexual behavior experienced by adolescents today can occur including STDs, abortion, HIV / AIDS, MMR, and IMR. Based on data from the 2016 Sukoharjo District Health Office cases of HIV / AIDS in the 11-20 years age group of 3.38% with 3 sub-districts having the highest STI rates, 38 from Polokarto District, 39 from Grogol, and 43 from Kartasura District. The existence of PIK-R in schools is very useful for adolescents to obtain correct information so as to avoid negative behavior directly to adolescents. The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in risky sexual behavior in adolescents in PIK-R and SMA without PIK-R in Sukoharjo Regency. This type of research is a comparative study with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were class X, XI and XII totaling 2001 students and the sample was class X and XI totaling 360 samples. The sampling technique in this study is the Proportional Rondom Sampling system. Data analysis using the Mann Whitney Test. The results showed there were differences in student scores in schools with PIK-R and in schools without PIK-R with significance p = 0.012 (p <0.05). The conclusion is that the school obtained an average ranking in PIK-R that is 166.78 and a PIK-R that is 194.23. It is hoped that in the DP2KBP3A it will be ensured for the work program to provide participation not only to PIK-R members but also to all members who are in the school.
