Abstract
This research is aimed to know the use of Accounting Information System used by businessman in rattan home industry in Transan Village Gatak Sub-district Sukoharjo Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative with a case of study approach and etnografi. The object of research is rattan home industry Trangsan village and the subject is businessman Pratama Rattan, Surya Rattan, CV Agung Rejeki Funiture, Asri Rattan, and Dunia Rattan. The result of this study showed that there were two businessman with bachelor degree already had accounting knowledge to using accounting information system with manual recording. The other of two businessman used accounting information system, but they could not implement in financial management. One businessman with Junior High School degree, it did not have financial recording in using accounting information system. The scale is measured from the total of labor, where it did not have influence toward the use of accounting information sytem.
