Abstract

CV. Nyebar Inspirasi Nusantara is a business entity engaged in the field of event management, one of which is a conference. The conference is an event or means for meetings and sharing between speakers who submit papers or the results of their research. Related to those needs, it requires a lot of human resources involved, so that it also influences the financial needs for implementation, causing a system to be used to manage the process. From this problem a web-based conference management information system was developed that was able to handle all conference management. The method used in this study uses the waterfall method which has several stages including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. The final results in this study are to produce a system that is able to overcome problems in managing the conference. Based on the black-box test results that the system can work well, as well as the results of usability testing indicated satisfaction of respondents, namely conference manager, presenter, reviewer and participant with an average of 72.42 which can be concluded that the system is in the good category and can be accepted by the user.
