Abstract

Consideration executing prosecutors in the delay of execution, there are two (2) ways: firstly the granting of pardon from the President and both their extraordinary legal remedy called Review (PK) filed by inmates to the Supreme Court (MA). Meanwhile, according to Islamic values executing prosecutors considerations in the delay of execution is to be based on Islamic Shari'a ie Qur'an and Hadith, so it should not deviate from both.
